Marcellous McZeal was recently reappointed and confirmed for a 2nd two year term as an Associate Municipal Court Judge for Harris County.  Marcellous was nominated for the position by Mayor Anise Parker and the Houston CIty Counsel confirmed the appointment.  "I enjoy serving the city in this capacity immensely", says Marcellous.

The pipeline gathers raw natural gas for collection, processing and transporting to compressor stations. The gathering system is currently leased to a third party gas company.
