Hon. Marcellous S. McZeal

Marcellous S. McZeal studied Business and Finance in 1991 at Southwestern University, Georgetown, Texas. Also attended South Texas College of Law for a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1995. He was recently reappointed and confirmed for a 4th two-year term as an Associate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Houston.  

Marcellous is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, U.S. Court of Appeals for Fifth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Western Districts and Southern  Districts of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court. 

He has worked as a Managing Partner/Attorney from 2009 to present at Grealish & McZeal, P.C . As an Associate Municipal Court Judge for The City of Houston. Associate Judge presiding over arraignment docket for the City of Houston, including traffic offenses, assaults, criminal mischief, reckless damage, criminal trespass, minor theft, disorderly conduct, and city code violations.

His other work experiences include;

Worrell & McZeal, P.C  from 1999 to 2000, as a principle in Association of Professional Corporations practicing commercial, real estate, and business litigation.

Hon. Dwight E. Jefferson

Judge Jefferson is a graduate of Fox Tech High School, San Antonio, Texas. He was Co-Captain University of Texas Longhorn Football Team in 1978. Also, Member, Texas Cowboys, University of Texas Service Organization 1977-79. In 1999 he was awarded the Ex-student Associations Legacy Award, for his contribution to the African-American legacy at the University of Texas at Austin. 

He earned a B.A., in Government in 1978 at the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he studied at the University of Texas School of Law where he earned his J.D. in 1983. He is also a Certified International Arbitrator, having graduated from the A.A Dispute White Resolution Center, University of Houston Law Center, 2006.

Judge Jefferson is Of Counsel with Grealish McZeal P.C. and a retired State District Judge (215th District Court of Harris County, Texas). He has over 38 years of litigation experience, beginning as an in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He has been a certified mediator since 1997 and an American Arbitration Association-approved arbitrator since 2006. 

Judge Jefferson was appointed to the bench by Governor George W. Bush in 1995 and subsequently elected to a full term the following year, 1996, where he served until retiring and returning to private practice in 1999. Also, Judge Jefferson was appointed by Mayor Annise Parker to the Board of the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County where he chaired the finance/audit committee and oversaw the issuance of bonds totaling $900 million from 2010-2015.

Richard Grealish

Richard studied for Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1995 at South Texas College of law and at Suffolk University in 1985. Grealish is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Utah, and State Bar of Massachusetts. 

Mr. Grealish is dedicated to working closely with clients and anticipating what legal services they want and what legal advice they need. Visiting clients at home or work is customary and has led to long-lasting professional relationships with a large clientele. 

Richard Grealish is currently licensed to practice law In Texas, Massachusetts, and Utah.
